New Addition: PAC-System

The latest addition to the Lott-Lacke technical center is a PAC system (Photo activation chamber) radiation system with U-radiators. The system is used by some of our customers in certain applications to optimize the lacquer structure, before curing with excimer and UV / EB. (more…)


New addition to the Lott-Lacke technical center

The latest access to our technical center is the curtain coater from VD Finishing Solutions.

In order to meet all customer requirements, we have a large number of coating machines in our technical center. Thus, we are able to simulate every situation that occurs at the customer in our laboratory. This saves time and is the basis for realizing optimal results for our customers. (more…)

New field of application: road signs

A new application of our Lott lacquers is the coating of road signs. For our customer from southern Germany, we developed a radiation-curing lacquer system in RAL 7043, which is used on the back of modern road signs. (more…)


New test device for weather simulation


For surface coatings or lacquers designed for external use, the greatest challenge and task is the weather resistance. And precisely for this purpose our lacquers are used – to enhance the products of our customers with weather-resistant qualities: whether it is window profiles, facade elements, surfaces of luminaires, covers or outdoor signs – the list of products is endless and practically every product on the market exposed to the exterior can benefit from a surface coating.
